We deliver exclusively in Italy.
We do not currently ship to other countries.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
For orders equal to or greater than €165, standard shipping is free.
For orders under €165, a fixed shipping cost of €20 applies.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AN ORDER?
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
After shipping, delivery is normally expected within 3–5 business days.
The total estimated time from payment confirmation to delivery is normally 4–8 business days.
WHICH COURIERS DO YOU USE?
Orders can be entrusted to FedEx, UPS, or DHL Express.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. After shipping, you will receive, when available, a code or link to monitor the delivery status.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

We cannot guarantee the cancellation of orders already prepared or entrusted to the courier.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
WHO PAYS THE RETURN COST?
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, except in the case of a damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-compliant product.
For bulky products or those not returnable via normal postal service, the return cost may be higher than that of ordinary shipping.
